Scroll of Reciprocity Morphology

Reciprocity values members based on their loyalty to the guild, its values and its members, not based on a perception of skill or level of involvedness. Therefore, our ranks are structured purely to represent how long members have been part of Reciprocity.  The guild leadership is in place to take care of the details of managing the guild, but all members are encouraged to add suggestions and give feedback. It is your guild too!

Guild Leadership: The Guildmaster and officers (Capi) are responsible for  general management of the guild. This includes duties such as recruitment, communication, bank/raid materials management, technology support, event coordination, newsletter and social web presence.

Capi de Capo: Rhodaria, guild leader. Responsibilities include raid leading (also creating raids, managing raid rosters etc.), publishing the weekly newsletter, and conflict resolution. Rhodaria also coordinates crafted upgrades.

Capi:  Officers of Reciprocity. Officers fulfill other guild responsibilities. Once an officer is no longer able/willing to fulfill that responsibility they will receive the appropriate guild rank and a new member who wishes to fulfill the officer duties will be added.

Technomancer:  Celadrithien, responsible for management of the guild website and technical issues/support. Celadrithien is also the guild photographer and videographer.

Data Wrangler: Evon's main responsibility is promotions and roster management (both in game and on the website). She is also in charge of recruitment and interviews for new members. Evon is currently on hiatus. In her absence Rhodaria is doing interviews.

Raid Stalker: Chaeni is responsible for all of the raid stalking. She keeps track of raid mains, loot drops and distribution as well as works jointly with Rhodaria to organize crafted upgrades. She is also in charge of making sure all raid members are gemmed and enchanted. Additionally, she is in the starting point for new raiders and is in charge of coordinating the new raider program (so make sure you poke her if you want to start raiding).

Quartermaster: Whithers (Drex), responsible for managing, stocking and monitoring the guild bank. Also an Auction House Entrepreneur, so if you are looking for something at a good deal let him know and he will help you acquire the item.

Zoltar, the Oracle: Elenntari is the point of communication between guildies and officers. This include being a suggestion box. If you have suggestions or ideas send them to El. She also answers any questions about guild etiquette and/or philosophy. If you ever have questions about what is appropriate in guild (or if you have a concern) she's your gal.

Dionysian Coordinator: Oddbee is the Creative Director of events and revelry. She helps coordinate and run the guild anniversary as well as other fun night events (such as hump hump day). She is also in charge of running and coordinating the Orders of Reciprocity.

Rules Regarding Inactivity:

When a main and their alts have not logged in for 5 months, ALL their characters will be demoted to the AFK rank. When the player returns, they will be promoted to the rank they were before they went AFK.

For members who have been demoted to the AFK rank: once they have not logged into any of their characters for a year or more, ALL your alts will be removed and your main will stay in the guild. This will help you find the guild again when you do come back to WoW. (If you don't know who your main is ask Evon

For all active members: If any alts remain inactive for 5 months a letter will be sent to the player's main character to log in that alt. If the alt still has not been logged in by the 6th month of inactivity, it will be removed from the guild--until such time as you want it added back for active play.

You are always welcome to add your characters back into the guild when you do choose to play them actively again.
